Driving Directions

Take Route 7 North or South into Rutland Vermont to the Rutland fair grounds. Turn at McDonalds onto Allen Street. Go to the end of Allen Street by the Rutland Hospital. Turn left onto Stratton Road. Go about 1500 feet until you come to Rutland Primary Care and Pediatric Associates. Turn left between both buildings and Maples Senior Living Community is behind both buildings.
