The Visiting Nurse Alliance of Vermont and New Hampshire, Inc. (the VNA) is a nationally accredited, and Medicare-certified home health agency that has provided care throughout Grafton County and the Upper Valley. The VNA provides a wide range of high quality skilled care, and supportive services. These services include skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, personal care, homemaker and independent living services, adult day services, hospice care, and wellness services. Through these services, the VNA strives to respond to the health and wellness needs of our community and helps individuals to remain independent.

The VNA is proud and privileged to provide nursing care and independent living services to residents of Quail Hollow. Through the optional Wellness Club, the VNA is excited to be able to offer additional services designed specifically for Quail Hollow residents. The VNA hopes that by offering on-site wellness services, nursing, personal care, homemaker, and independent living services, and by providing information and activities to promote successful aging, that VNA will become your partner in wellness for many years to come.

Exercise and Fitness
Exercise and fitness programs may be offered through Wellness Club by Fit In Time. Fit In Time organizes many different programs mindfully designed for the maturing adult's changing and special needs. Programs may include classes such as Flex and Strength, Sit 'n Fit, Tai Ch'i, Yoga, Games or Pot Luck - you will have to see what gets served up!

Fit In Time also offers a walking club called Foot Path. Taking advantage of the beautiful Quail Hollow location, Foot Path is designed to meet any level of ability or intensity. Definitely a fun and rewarding activity.

Meals
Quail Hollow collaborates with an on-site professional catering company to provide meals for Quail Hollow residents. It is a proven fact that diet and nutrition are influential factors to successful aging, living longer, and wellness. Home cooked meals are served at various times and days during the week in the dining room for a designated price.

All independent living services are provided by independent contractors and Quail Hollow cannot quarantee delivery or quantity of any service. All services are subject to change or cancellation with no prior notice and for any reason.
