Caledonia Home Health Care is an organization that provides home health care in the St. Johnsbury area. Caledonia Home Health Care provides a wide range of high quality skilled care, and supportive services. These services include skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, personal care, homemaker and independent living services, adult day services, and hospice care. Meals
St. Johnsbury House collaborates with a food service provider to provide meals for St. Johnsbury House residents. It is a proven fact that diet and nutrition are influential factors to successful aging, living longer, and wellness. Meals are served at various times and days during the week in the dining room for a designated price.

Menus and schedules are published monthly. Residents must sign up in advance for meals. Sign up sheets are posted on the cafeteria.

A special "theme" meal is held each month. Flyers are distributed to the residents for each monthly event and the cost for the meal is the same as a regular meal.

St. Johnsbury Senior Center
St. Johnsbury Senior Center is located on the Main Level of the St. Johnsbury House. The Senior Center is open to all residents at St. Johnsbury House as well as to all other seniors within the local community. The Senior Center offers activities such as bingo, game day and a pot luck dinner.

All independent living services are provided by independent contractors and St. Johnsbury House cannot quarantee delivery or quantity of any service. All services are subject to change or cancellation with no prior notice and for any reason.
