What is the Purpose of White Rock?
White Rock Senior Living Community
is designed specifically for active adults 55 years of age and
older. White Rock will allow residents full privacy and independence.
How is White Rock designed?
White Rock is designed as a traditional New England residential village. Clapboard siding, green shutters, and traditional design give each resident a feeling of warm familiarity and New England charm.
What are the Cottage Choices?
Only 36 Cottages will be constructed at White Rock with two basic floor plans.
The End Cottage will contain 1,334 square feet of living space on the ground floor with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room, dining area, entry foyer, and attached garage. The End Cottage may be expanded with an additional bedroom and bath on the second floor.
The Interior Cottage will contain 1,170 square feet of living space on the ground floorwith one bedroom, master bath, powder room, kitchen, living room, dining area, breakfast nook, mud room, entry foyer, and attached garage. The Interior Cottage may be expanded with an additional bedroom, bath, and bedroom/study on the second floor
If I want different features or options in my Cottage, are they available?
Yes. You may customize your Cottage within limits at additional cost. The End Cottage may be expanded with an additional bedroom and bath on the second floor. The Interior Cottage may be expanded with an additional bedroom, bath, and bedroom/study on the second floor.
Do I furnish my own Cottage?
Absolutely! Residents are expected to furnish their Cottages and will have a choice of flooring and other optional features.
What about my car?
Each Cottage has a garage directly attached to the Cottage and comes with an automatic garage door opener.
What special features and services may be offered at White Rock?
All services offered are optional and the resident will select and pay directly for only those services needed and desired.
Optional Features and Services may include:
- Central Dining with meals
- Hair Salon for Men and Women
- Housekeeping
- Security and Maintenance
- Transportation
Wellness Club and Home Health Services currently are provided through the Concord Regional Visiting Nurses Association.
What will be the total monthly cost to live in the Cottages if I decide to purchase a Cottage?
Cost for each resident will vary, but will most likely include the following:
- Mortgage Payment
- Property Taxes
- Natural Gas for Heat
- Rubbish and Recycling Removal
- Telephone and Cable TV
- Electricity
- Interior Building Repairs
- Water and Sewer
- Association Fee
The Association Fee will be paid on a monthly basis and will most likely include the following:
- Property Insurance
- Yard Maintenance & Landscaping
- Exterior Building Repairs & Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Common Area Electricity
- Reserve for Replacement
- Management Fees
What are the requirements for residency?
Residents must be 55 years of age or older and must sign a Purchase Agreement
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed subject to common sense restrictions and respect for your neighbors and the property.
What if I want to move into a smaller apartment in the main building?
Cottage residents may have a priority position on the waiting list for apartments in the main building.
Are there Resident Rules and Regulations?
Yes. The Rules and Regulations will be provided to the resident prior to signing the Residency Lease Agreement or Purchase Agreement. The Rules and Regulations are intended to be simple, straightforward, and based on common sense.
What is the schedule for construction and occupancy of the Cottages?
The first phase of construction of the Cottages has been completed. The remaining Cottages will be constructed as commitments for purchase are received.
What do I need to do to get started?
In order to get started, you must sign a Non-Binding Reservation Agreement for Purchase
