Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association (CRVNA) is a nationally accredited, and Medicare-certified home health agency that has provided care throughout the greater Concord area. The CRVNA provides a wide range of high quality skilled care, and supportive services. These services include skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, personal care, homemaker and independent living services, adult day services, hospice care, and wellness services. Through these services, the CRVNA strives to respond to the health and wellness needs of our community and helps individuals to remain independent.

The CRVNA is proud and privileged to provide nursing care and independent living services to residents of White Rock. Through the optional Wellness Club, the CRVNA is excited to be able to offer additional services designed specifically for White Rock residents. The CRVNA hopes that by offering on-site wellness services, nursing, personal care, homemaker, and independent living services, and by providing information and activities to promote successful aging, that CRVNA will become your partner in wellness for many years to come.

Meals
White Rock collaborates with an on-site catering company to provide meals for White Rock residents. It is a proven fact that diet and nutrition are influential factors to successful aging, living longer, and wellness. Home cooked meals are served at various times and days during the week in the dining room for a designated price.

Menus and schedules are published monthly. Residents must purchase meal vouchers from the management and sign up in advance for meals. Sign up sheets are posted on the bulletin board in the Mailroom.

A special "theme" meal is held each month. Flyers are distributed to the residents for each monthly event and the cost for the meal is the same as a regular meal.

Exercise and Fitness
Exercise and Fitness programs may be offered through Wellness Club or through an independent operator. Different programs are mindfully designed for the maturing adult's changing and special needs. Programs may include classes such as Flex and Strength, Sit 'n Fit, Tai Ch'i, Yoga, Games or Pot Luck - you will have to see what gets served up!

All independent living services are provided by independent contractors and White Rock cannot quarantee delivery or quantity of any service. All services are subject to change or cancellation with no prior notice and for any reason.
